Blais Craig (born 1978 in Springfield, Massachusetts) is an American poet. Life[edit] Blais's first book About Crows won the 2013 Felix Pollak Prize in Poetry judged by Terrance Hayes and published by the University of Wisconsin Press.[1] About Crows was awarded Gold Medal in the category of poetry in the 2013 Florida Book Awards competition.[2] Blais is a graduate of Holyoke Community College and University of San Francisco. He graduated with a Master of Fine Arts degree from Wichita State University[3] and a Ph.D. in English from Florida State University.[4] His poems have appeared in Best New Poets, The Antioch Review, Barrow Street (magazine),[5] Hayden's Ferry Review, New Welsh Review,[6] and others.
